View looking over patio was the reason we booked suite. The bed was comfy and there were a dining area, a seating area, and a study table. Its location was best possible and perfect, very close to the beach.

Thoroughly enjoyed every detail about our really nice 5 nights stay here. the staff were caring, absolutely perfect. Excellent location by the vast nature that surrounded you. Short walk to the beach. Feels like an authentic Indonesian island rather than a big, could-be-anywhere resort.

The spot was great, right by a breathtaking beach on an Indonesian island, away from those generic resorts you find everywhere. I mean, we’re talking about the northwest side of the island, which is pretty amazing. 🏝️.

Best location on the island - close to the beach and amazing snorkeling right at our doorstep. Very friendly and helpful staff. Authentic Indonesian vibes and a beautiful pool shaded by old trees. Easy access to everything on the island by bicycle or horse and cart. Clean rooms, great breakfast, and lots of nearby dining options. Will definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Alam Gili Trawangan By Mahaputra and were pleasantly surprised. Despite initial concerns about the location, it turned out to be conveniently close to the town center. Just a right turn from the hotel and you'll find yourself within a 10-minute walk to the main restaurants. There are also several great dining options just a couple of minutes away, including Korean and tapas restaurants. Hiring a bicycle for £2.50 per day allowed us to easily explore the entire island. the rooms were beautiful, although the Tower's steep stairs and malfunctioning shower were minor inconveniences. the swimming pool was a welcome respite after a day of snorkeling. the breakfast was lovely, and the staff was excellent and very welcoming.
We would definitely choose to stay here again. Cons: Nothing to fault.

Located in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy spots, this hotel offers beautiful antique Balinese styled rooms with comfortable outside patios overlooking the beach. the large bathrooms come with hot water and the service is satisfactory. Enjoy a cool dip in the clean pool or bask on the beach, only a few steps away from the hotel.
The hotel's proximity to some nice restaurants meant constant loud music from neighboring bars and restaurants, disrupting the peace of the serenity one expects from a vacation.

The room had a musty smell and was not very bright, which made it seem a bit gloomy. the bathroom had low water pressure, which was not very pleasant.

The hotel is lovely and secluded. It is perfect for those who want to get away from the crowds. It is also near various restaurants and the beach. The breakfast is very tasty and the staff are great, always willing to help out with anything you need. There are also bicycles available for rent, making it easy to explore the area.
The rooms were not well-maintained and dirty. The WiFi was almost non-existent, which was a real inconvenience for those who have work-related needs.
